Wolfoods is seeking an experienced, high-energy Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, supervise kitchen staff, and enforce allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires a demanding minimum 6-day/70-hour week, May through September, with competitive pay, a performance bonus, and full room and board provided for the

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
