Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp locations across the US. This on-site, live-in position oversees all prep and production for designated day parts, leads staff, and ensures allergen safety and sanitation.

You will manage inventory, supervise kitchen operations, and collaborate with camp leadership to deliver high-quality scratch cooking for campers during the busy season.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, can navigate an iPad, versatile with ingredients and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.
