Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a live-on-site, seasonal contract at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all daily culinary operations, lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure allergen safety in a high-volume camp setting.

Requirements include 4+ years in a kitchen leadership role, ServSafe Manager certification with Allergens certification before start, and the ability to perform in a demanding six-day, 70-hour week schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens certification required before start (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and live on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff, schedule, and train team.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, portion control, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergens and health-safety compliance.
• Control inventories, place orders, and monitor budgets.
• Serve as liaison between campers, staff, and Wolfoods corporate.
