Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the United States. This on-site, live-in position requires oversight of culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a seasonal contract (May–Sept), full-time exempt, with a minimum 6-day/70-hour week expectation and on-site housing provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager certification required; allergen protocols knowledge.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations during the camp season.
• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgeting to meet cost controls.
• Ensure allergen safety, sanitation, and health department compliance.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and Wolfoods corporate office.
