Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a seasonal contract at rural summer camp facilities across the US. This on-site, live-in role leads daily culinary operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

You will manage a team, ensure meals meet scratch-cooked standards, comply with health regulations, and coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager certification; Allergens knowledge required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
• Deliver timely meal service in a high-volume setting.
