Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at our rural summer camps across the US. This seasonal contract runs May through September with a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety protocols. The role requires living on-site for the duration of the contract and delivering high-quality, scratch-cooked meals.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens certification required before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage allergy protocols and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
