Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a seasonal, on-site role at rural summer camps across the US. You will lead daily culinary operations, manage staff, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This live-in, full-time exempt position requires a proven track record in scratch cooking, strong leadership, and comfort living onsite during a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary operations: portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety compliance and maintain top sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
