Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our active summer camps. This on-site, live-in position oversees all prep and production for designated day parts, manages staff, and ensures allergen safety and high sanitation standards.

The role requires a minimum 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking, ServSafe Allergens certification, and the ability to work a demanding six-day, 70-hour week.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, cooking, able to navigate I-Pad, versatile with ingredients, and sharp problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day parts and ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and Health Department sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with daily reporting and budgeting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
