Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a fast-paced summer camp. You will oversee prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety across the operation.

This on-site, live-in position requires thriving under pressure, strong leadership, and the ability to work a demanding 6-day/70-hour schedule with room and board provided for the contract duration.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, cooking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
