Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The position is a live-in, on-site role with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week during the May–September season. Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, free room & board, and travel allowances are offered.

Formación

4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
ServSafe Manager Certification (ServSafe Allergens) required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

Operations & Leadership: Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
Culinary & Quality Excellence: Ensure workflow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
Allergen & Safety Compliance: Manage allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and high sanitation standards.
Administration & Budget: Manage inventory, place orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
Client Relations: Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
