Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join a fast-paced summer-camp kitchen. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, lead kitchen staff, and uphold strict allergen safety standards to ensure a high-quality, safe dining experience for campers.

This on-site, live-in role requires thriving in a rustic setting, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week, competitive seasonal pay, and benefits including room and board and travel allowance.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership and cooking skills; comfortable navigating an iPad.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure menu specs and scratch cooking.
• Strict allergen safety management and top sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
