Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp operations. You will oversee daily culinary activities, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This seasonal, exempt, full-time role runs May through September, with a 6‑day, 70‑hour week and live‑in accommodations. You’ll ensure scratch cooking standards, inventory control, and compliance while delivering top-quality camp meals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens certification required before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Leadership: Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Culinary & Quality Excellence: Manage operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Allergen & Safety Compliance: Strictly manage food allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and sanitation standards.
• Administration & Budget: Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, track daily reporting.
• Client Relations: Serve as main liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
