Live Nation in Austin offers a paid internship program designed for students pursuing careers in live entertainment. The role is part-time (15-25 hours/week) and requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday through the Spring 2027 term, with duties spanning calendar management, meeting prep, vendor coordination, sustainability projects, and staffing support.

This internship focuses on gaining hands-on experience across site operations and festival logistics while developing leadership

Competenze

• Currently enrolled student seeking hands-on experience in the live entertainment industry.
• Availability for 15-25 hours per week in the Austin office, Tuesday through Thursday.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Previous internship or work experience preferred; willingness to learn.
• Must be able to bring a personal laptop to the office.

Mansioni

• Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other obligations.
• Take meeting minutes or notes, create agendas, and assist with meeting preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and submit required paperwork as needed.
• Research, develop, and assist with implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Support department staffing activities, including organizing and maintaining offer letters, timecards, and reimbursements.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office and on-site, as requested.
• Gain knowledge and perspective within the Site Operations department.
• Learn the essential roles and responsibilities involved in laying the groundwork for C3 festivals and live events.
• Apply academic learning and internship experience to real-world situations.
• Strengthen leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
