Live Nation is offering a paid internship in Austin for students seeking real-world exposure in the live entertainment industry. The role spans Sales & Accounts, Operations and Premium Client Services, requiring 15–25 hours weekly across Tue–Thu in-office.

The program runs from January 19, 2027, to May 6, 2027, with hands-on tasks across client management, festival logistics, and member portals. Interns will gain cross-department experience, build industry connections, and develop skills in

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the live entertainment industry.
• Positive energy and an eagerness to learn from the best in the industry.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Be able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in-office availability Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Accounts team with client management, communications, social media management, client decks, etc.
• Support the Operations team with festival operations advance by creating and printing collateral, ordering supplies, assisting with staff uniforms, etc.
• Support the 508 Club team with maintaining the member portal by adding events, working on blogs, and assisting with member communications.
• Assist with ideating and facilitating client and member creative collateral and gifting.
• Assist with planning and on-site execution of the Premium Client Services programs at Two Step Inn Festival in April 2027.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Gain real-world experience in the live entertainment industry.
• Build a network of working professionals.
• Develop experience with interdepartmental communication and processes.
• Build knowledge of industry systems, including Workday, AMP, and Asana.
