Job summary

Legends Global in Fontana, CA is seeking an Event Services Coordinator for Stage Red events. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the Venue Manager with planning, coordination, and on-site event execution.

You will liaise with artists, tour managers, promoters, and production teams to ensure all event, hospitality, and operations needs are communicated and met from back of house to front of house. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong English communication, attention to

High School Diploma or GED required.
Desirable: Convention Center or major hotel experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

Assists the Venue Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of concerts, private events, and other venue activities.
Coordinates with artists, tour managers, promoters, and production teams to ensure needs are communicated and executed.
Supports show floor operations from back of house through front of house, coordinating with production, security, F&B, box office, facilities and other departments.
Coordinates event logistics including load-in/load-out, vendors, subcontractors, equipment, and safety regulations.
Assists with invoices, payments, and coordination with Finance as needed.
Provides administrative and operational support and troubleshoots issues before, during, and after events.
