Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Services Coordinator to assist the Venue Manager in planning, coordinating and executing concerts and private events at STAGE RED FONTANA in Fontana, CA.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior convention center or hotel experience is a plus; a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Desirable: Convention Center or major hotel experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Venue Manager with planning, coordination and execution of concerts, private events, and other venue activities.
• Coordinate with artists, tour managers, promoters and production teams to communicate and execute needs.
• Support show floor operations from back of house to front of house and liaise with production, security, F&B, box office, facilities and other departments.
• Coordinate event logistics: load-in/load-out, vendors, equipment, inspections, floor plans and safety regulations.
• Assist with invoices, payments, purchase requisitions, revenue reconciliation, and finance coordination.
• Provide admin and operational support, manage event communications and troubleshoot issues during events.
• Other duties as assigned.
