Legends Global in Fontana, CA is seeking an Event Services Coordinator to support the Venue Manager and Operations team for concerts and private events. This part-time, non-exempt role involves coordinating event logistics, communications, and on-site execution.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, with desirable experience in convention centers or major hotels. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as events occur may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Venue Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of concerts, private events, and other venue activities.
• Coordinate with incoming artists, tour managers, promoters, and production teams to ensure all event, production, hospitality, and operational needs are communicated and executed.
• Support floor operations from back of house through front of house, coordinating with production, security, food and beverage, box office, facilities, and other departments.
• Coordinate event logistics, including load-in/load-out, vendors, subcontractors, equipment, building services, inspections, floor plans, electrical orders, fire regulations, and other event requirements.
• Assist with invoices, payment processing, purchase requisitions, revenue collection, and coordination with the Finance team as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support, manage event-related communication and department calls, and assist with troubleshooting issues during events.
