Vibee in Las Vegas is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns and event promotions. This hybrid role is on-site at our Las Vegas office and at various event locations, with evening/weekend hours as needed.

You will partner with the marketing team, manage tasks in Asana, help generate reports, and assist with social assets and on-site content. A proactive, detail-oriented team player will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing or project coordination; large events a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, Airtable, Freshdesk, and Asana.
• Ability to manage timelines and communicate with teams.
• Collaborative team player in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Basic graphic design skills for social assets.
• Willingness to provide on-site event support as needed.

• Compile insights and reports from Google Analytics.
