Job summary

Vibee, based in Las Vegas, seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to support our operations team with BI tooling, reporting, and cross‑departmental analytics. You will build and manage reporting solutions in Metabase and support teams with Excel, Google Sheets, and project management apps.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Business Operations, and is on-site in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience in operations or data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a business operations, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google App Scripts, and SQL is essential.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to juggle multiple prioritized tasks.

Responsibilities

• BI Tool Development & Management: Consult with various departments to assess needs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Business Operations Reporting & Audits: Create and maintain operational reports, audits, and checks using Metabase, Excel, and Sheets.
• Project Management & Deadline Support: Manage timelines across departments; track milestones using project tools.
• Management and Maintenance of Internal Apps: Support and maintain internally built apps and data assets.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist other departments with ad hoc data requests to aid decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and stay updated on industry trends to improve communication.
• Other duties as required.
