Job summary

Vibee is seeking a seasonal data collection and analysis support to help optimize ongoing marketing campaigns. This is a remote role.

You will gather internal data for marketing, build reports, analyze digital campaigns, track daily sales, create UTMs, monitor sentiment, develop automations, coordinate assets, and liaise with the ground and marketing teams to stay aligned with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in marketing, business, hospitality communications, advertising, journalism, or related majors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in live entertainment, music events, and experiential marketing
• Basic digital skills: Google Suite, Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of data analytics and data visualization tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team by gathering internal data for marketing purposes, including pulling geographical data to tailor local campaigns and updating our decks with sales statistics
• Create data reports and recommendations that will be used in ongoing marketing strategies
• Analyze digital marketing efforts for effectiveness and efficiency, including social media, email, and advertising campaigns
• Tracking and analyzing daily sales
• Use Google Analytics and building UTM links to track traffic acquisition and performance of campaigns
• Monitor social sentiment and create reports analyzing your findings
• Develop workflows and automations to optimize marketing efforts
• Coordinate assets for campaigns
• Be the liaison between the ground team and marketing team for updates
