The Market Social in Las Vegas is seeking an entry level Event Marketing Associate to help plan and execute live campaigns. You will learn marketing, communication, and leadership while supporting event setup, promotions, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, promotions, events, hospitality, or leadership is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High energy, confidence, and comfort speaking with new people.

Responsabilités

• Support the setup and execution of event marketing campaigns and promotional activations
• Engage with customers at events to educate them on products, services, and current promotions
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills
• Represent client brands professionally while creating a positive customer experience
• Assist with event logistics, including materials, displays, and booth setup
• Attend team trainings and workshops focused on marketing strategy, leadership, and campaign performance
• Help track event results, customer interactions, and daily performance goals
• Take on leadership responsibilities in small-scale event projects as you grow
