Job summary

LEGENDS Global is seeking an Assistant Event Operations Manager at the Stockton Complex in Stockton, California. Under general supervision, you will coordinate with the Event Operations & Security Manager on all event preparation and performance aspects, acting as liaison between the facility and clients to ensure requirements are met and policies adhered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAD and Adobe Illustrator experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations: front and back-of-house, maintenance, third-party contracts, staffing, and setup/tear-down.
• Hire, train and supervise full-time, part-time and temporary staff.
• Coordinate operations with other building departments and show contractors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Input purchase requisitions and maintain MSDS logs; communicate directives clearly to teams.
• Ensure facility readiness and smooth operation of events; resolve problems promptly.
