Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a proactive Venue Operations Manager to coordinate event bookings, oversee daily venue operations, and lead operations staff. The role requires strong organization, initiative, and a focus on safety and reliability.

Location-based responsibilities include ensuring smooth event execution, inventory management, and collaboration with internal teams. The candidate should be capable of independent decision-making and tight schedule management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year facilities operations experience preferred.
• Completion of facilities management or sports management courses is a plus.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations including event setup, breakdown, and safety compliance.
• Supervise and schedule operations staff, ensuring coverage for all events.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and post-event inspections to maintain standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support event logistics and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies for venue operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
