Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in live event production, venue operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with production/financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Managers throughout the event lifecycle from pre-production to settlement.
• Assist with logistics: vendor coordination, equipment rentals, transportation, backstage ops.
• Prepare and maintain show budgets, forecasts, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, monitor payments, and assist with settlements.
• Coordinate production staffing, scheduling, payroll entry, and reporting.
• Review artist/tour riders for dressing rooms, hospitality, backstage needs.
• Serve as primary contact for touring personnel, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate rental vehicles, track usage, mileage, fuel, and damages.
• Schedule/participate in production meetings in person or virtually.
• Assist with expense reports and other admin projects for production.
