Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on, on-site role to support production managers, back-of-house teams, venues, and touring personnel across multiple 3rd-party sites. You will handle day-of-show tasks, guest lists, and on-site logistics.

The ideal candidate is flexible, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working early mornings to late nights with high physical demands. Live Nation offers a dynamic environment with perks linked to live events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-production and day-of-show support to Production Manager, Back of House, venues, and touring personnel.
• Assist with errands and tasks related to talent and production.
• Manage day-of-show parking lists, guest lists, and show credentials.
• Create day-of-show documents (meal tickets, sign-in sheets, back-of-house signage).
• Coordinate on-site runners and assist with petty cash distribution and reconciliation.
