Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Coordinator in Lake Buena Vista, FL to support show and event productions. You will coordinate with the Production Manager, venue, touring and client teams to ensure seamless execution and accurate settlements.

You will assist with payroll, scheduling and administrative tasks, and help develop manuals and training materials for production staff, keeping lines of communication open across departments.

Qualifications

• Prior production experience in entertainment venues, theaters or touring scenarios.
• General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems and video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear decisions.
