Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee in-venue staff and support the operations manager.

This role handles guest inquiries, security coordination, and pre-shift communications, ensuring service standards and safety.

The position requires leadership in fast-paced nightlife settings, proficiency with Excel/Word, and a focus on training and developing employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and proven leadership experience in hospitality or nightlife.
• Experience in high-volume nightclub operations and guest relations.
• Strong communication and training abilities; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word for reporting and scheduling.
• Ability to train and develop employees and enforce procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and VIP program concerns.
• Address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and service.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties per policy.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Maintain guest services standards and report incidents.
• Turn in lost and found, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Work special events scheduled at the venue.
