Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant in the Seattle area to provide top-notch customer service for ticketing at the box office and at resolution areas. You will help patrons with will call orders, verify information, and distribute tickets with accuracy.

Join a fast-paced environment requiring calm, courteous interactions, cash/credit handling, and knowledge of event details. Travel to events and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Professional interaction across all levels and courteous demeanor.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service related to ticketing at box office.
• Identify Will Call orders by verifying customer info and distribute tickets.
• Resolve ticket scanning issues at the gate promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional environment.
• Provide accurate event information and assist attendees as needed.
• Support long hours, holidays, and weekend events as required.
