Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceeds customer expectations and maintains positive client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoots equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Completes system entry and paperwork accurately per company processes and equipment sheets.
• Collaborates with staff and outside vendors for equipment needs and up-sell opportunities.
• Interacts with clients to finalize invoices and coordinate event details.
