Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: block clerk experience, auction experience, automotive industry experience.

• Enter lane and Simulcast bid amounts, customer data, sold units and sale lights using the AS400 system.
• Partner with the auctioneer virtually to confirm vehicle and sale information is accurate.
• Verify run orders to ensure the correct vehicles are being processed and sold.
• Monitor Simulcast activity and communicate live updates with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration notes and other key vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer during the sales.
• Follow up on late titles via phone and email.
• Support title-absent processing using Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working on-site at a local Cox Automotive location, you’ll support live auction operations by tracking bids, verifying vehicle and customer information and processing transactions in real time. What You’ll Do

You’re detail-oriented, steady under pressure and comfortable working in environments where both accuracy and timing are key. You also have the following:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, talk and hear
