Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Litigation Training Specialist & Paralegal to train staff on firm systems such as Filevine, Microsoft Office, e-filing platforms, and other litigation tools.

You will develop and deliver programs, monitor progress, and provide individual support, requiring strong litigation knowledge and attention to detail. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paralegal/legal assistant or training experience.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews existing files to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Audit file documents such as pleadings, emails, correspondence, and related case materials.
• Ensures litigation staff and attorneys are updating files consistently and accurately.
• Monitors file activity to ensure all case files are handled at least once per month.
• Identifies discrepancies or errors within case files and communicates findings to management for review and follow-up.
• Prepares and maintains file audit reports, including documentation of findings, trends, and training records.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm systems, office software applications, and departmental workflows.
• Monitors employees’ progress during the training process.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.
• Ensure all employees are trained according to company standards.
• Identify areas of improvement in existing training methods.
• Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
