Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training for Personal Injury Litigation staff, focusing on firm systems, software, and processes. You will audit case files for accuracy and ensure adherence to standards throughout the PI lifecycle.

You will design programs, monitor progress, and provide one-on-one support, while maintaining meticulous documentation and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation knowledge and high attention to detail.
• Ability to coach teams on best practices across the PI lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit existing case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit pleadings, emails, and related case materials.
• Ensure files are updated consistently and monthly activity is tracked.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to management.
