Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or training experience.
• Personal injury or general litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Review existing files to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Audit file documents such as pleadings, emails, and related case materials.
• Ensure staff and attorneys update files consistently and accurately.
• Monitor file activity to ensure case files are handled monthly.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and report to management for review.
• Prepare and maintain file audit reports, including documentation of findings, trends, and training records.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm systems, office software applications, and departmental workflows.
• Monitors employees’ progress during the training process.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.
• Ensure all employees are trained according to company standards.
• Identify areas of improvement in existing training methods.
• Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
