Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Training Specialist to train Personal Injury Litigation staff on firm systems such as Filevine and Microsoft Office. You will develop programs, monitor progress, audit case files for accuracy, and coach teams across the PI lifecycle from pre-litigation to trial preparation.

The role requires strong litigation knowledge, high attention to detail, and the ability to train and support teams while ensuring compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paralegal/legal assistant or training experience.
• Personal injury or general litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing Personal Injury Litigation staff on firm systems and tools.
• Develop and deliver training programs; monitor employee progress.
• Audit and verify case file data for accuracy and compliance.
• Coach teams on best practices across PI cases (pre-litigation through trial).
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance as needed.
• Ensure staff are trained to firm standards and report training effectiveness.
