Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga in Orlando, FL is seeking a Litigation Training Specialist & Paralegal to train and support the Personal Injury Litigation team. You will develop training programs for firm systems such as Microsoft Office, Filevine, and e-filing platforms, audit file data, and ensure compliance throughout the litigation life cycle.

The role emphasizes strong litigation knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coach teams from pre-litigation through trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paralegal/legal assistant or training experience.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience e-filing in both state and federal court.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing Personal Injury Litigation staff on firm systems and software.
• Develop and deliver training programs; monitor progress and provide individualized support.
• Review and audit case files for accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.
• Identify areas for improvement in training methods and report findings to management.
