Job summary

The Law Offices Of Kanner And Pintaluga in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Litigation Training Specialist & Paralegal to train staff on firm systems, Office, Filevine, e-filing, and other litigation tools.

The role includes developing training programs, auditing case files for accuracy, and coaching teams through PI case lifecycle from pre-litigation to trial preparation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential; full-time schedule is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

5+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, or training experience.
Experience with personal injury or general litigation preferred.
Proficiency with case management software, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience e-filing in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

Review and audit case files for data accuracy.
Audit pleadings, emails, and related documents.
Train staff on firm systems and workflows.
Monitor training progress and provide coaching.
Create user manuals and one-on-one assistance.
Ensure training complies with firm standards.
Identify improvements in training methods.
Provide management with training feedback.
