Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Litigation Training Specialist & Paralegal in Coral Gables, FL. The role focuses on training staff on firm systems, Microsoft Office, Filevine, e-filing platforms, and other litigation tools while auditing case data for accuracy and compliance.

The trainer will develop programs, monitor progress, and provide individualized support to improve processes across the PI case lifecycle from pre-litigation to trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paralegal/legal assistant or training experience.
• Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• E-filing in state and federal courts.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing Personal Injury Litigation employees on firm systems and software.
• Develop and deliver training programs; monitor progress and provide individualized support.
• Audit and verify case file data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
• Create user manuals and provide one-on-one assistance as needed.
• Ensure employees are trained according to firm standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
