Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Practice Group Support Coordinator for the Litigation practice group in Chicago or Miami. The role reports to the Manager of Legal Practice Support and will handle administrative and legal support tasks to assist the Commercial Litigation and Enforcement group.

The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule, with three days in the office and two remote days per week, located in Chicago or Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a professional services environment, preferably law firm or in-house counsel.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department focusing on litigation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate uninterrupted administrative support coverage for all operational protocols and systems.
• Manage administrative and operational projects and ongoing support systems.
• Coordinate workflow and assignments and maintain case filings, emails, and correspondence.
