Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience in a professional services environment, preferably law firm or legal dept.
• Project management skills with ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate uninterrupted administrative support coverage for all operational protocols and systems.
• Manage administrative projects and ongoing support systems for the Litigation Practice Group.
• Coordinate workflow and assignments for the practice group and case teams.
• Organize and maintain case filings, emails, and client information in digital and physical forms.
• Assist with e-filing, hearings, calendaring, and service of process across multiple courts.
• Support the development and management of case and practice group timelines and pleadings.
