Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake and matter workflow in the Legal Tracker.
• Manage subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA-related cases and admin proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, holds, data collection, deadlines, and collaboration.
• Provide travel arrangements, reimbursements, and check requests related to settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation reports.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects.
