CVS Health is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. This full-time role supports in-house attorneys on Healthcare Business (HCB) matters, handling intake, subpoenas, discovery, and administrative tasks with discretion and accuracy.

You will coordinate matter workflow, manage data and deadlines, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic projects while upholding confidentiality and professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening/closing matters in the Legal Tracker system and distributing assignments.
• Independently manage subpoenas and records requests to securely provide data and documents.
• Provide support to in-house attorneys on NSA and related administrative proceedings.
