Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. You will perform paralegal and administrative tasks for healthcare-related matters, including NSA cases, while maintaining matter intake, tracking, and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position with CVS Health.

You will support in drafting and managing documents, coordinating discovery, and assisting attorneys with case development and reporting, demonstrating strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• Experience handling subpoenas and managing responses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and matter tracking in Legal Tracker.
• Independently manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA-related cases and administrative matters.
• Coordinate discovery by issuing holds, collecting documents, and tracking deadlines.
• Assist with limited travel, reimbursements, and check requests for settlements.
