Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and tracking in the Legal Tracker system.
• Manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA matters and other proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, document collections, deadlines, and collaboration with internal/external teams.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects as needed.
