Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. The role requires professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality, providing paralegal and administrative support for Healthcare Business matters.

You will manage matter intake, subpoenas, NSA-related proceedings, discovery coordination, and reporting, while supporting senior lawyers and contributing to special projects. A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and good judgment, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening/closing matters in Legal Tracker and assigning work.
• Independently manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies and other requestors.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA and related administrative proceedings.
