Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team in the Legal Department. The role focuses on paralegal and administrative support for healthcare-related litigation matters, with emphasis on NSA-related cases and sensitive data handling.

The position requires 2+ years of legal support experience, especially with subpoenas and small claims, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• Experience supporting litigation teams or in-house counsel preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening/closing matters in the Legal Tracker system.
• Manage subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies and other requestors.
• Provide administrative support to in-house attorneys on NSA-related cases and other matters.
• Coordinate discovery: legal holds, document/data collection, deadlines, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Handle travel arrangements, reimbursements and check requests for settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects and initiatives as needed.
• Demonstrate analytical能力 and strong judgment in managing litigation matters.
