Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening and closing matters in the Legal Tracker billing system, workflow coordination, and assignment distribution for all incoming legal matters.
• Independently manage subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies and other requestors.
• Provide support to in-house attorneys in managing NSA-related cases and other administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery by issuing legal holds, managing document/data collections, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and collaborating with internal/external teams.
• Provide administrative support, coordinate travel, process reimbursements, and manage check requests for settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management and reporting needs.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects as needed.
