Job summary

Winston Staffing is seeking a Litigation Business Development Coordinator to support the BD team in driving new business for the firm’s litigation practice. You will leverage research, writing, and communication skills to execute and manage BD initiatives across practice areas including Antitrust, Labor & Employment, Appellate, Arbitration, Products Liability and General Commercial Litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as litigation paralegal with exposure to business development.
• Interest in pivoting to the business side of law.
• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to customize client materials and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing client presentations (pitch books, brochures, experience lists) to communicate Firm experience.
• Customize materials for target clients or prospects.
• Complete production tasks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
• Prepare research and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Identify trends by industry, geography and practice areas.
• Update and maintain pitch files, collateral, experience lists and databases.
