• Collaborate with department, practice and working group leaders and the Director of Business Development to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
• Engage with practice groups and attorneys to understand client needs and legal solutions the firm can provide.
• Drive business development goals, identify leads, expand existing matters, and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop pitches and proposals, including responses to formal RFPs.
• Digest and deliver meaningful research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform strategies.
