Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; JD/MBA may substitute for experience.
Minimum five years of directly related experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
Experience collaborating with attorneys and management teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department, practice and working group leaders and the Director of Business Development to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
Engage with practice groups and attorneys to understand client needs and legal solutions the firm can provide.
Drive business development goals, identify leads, expand existing matters, and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
Develop pitches and proposals, including responses to formal RFPs.
Digest and deliver meaningful research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform strategies.
