Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify relationships and raise awareness of firm capabilities with relevant practice and industry groups.
• Promote the firm's services while aligning with targets and client objectives.
• Maintain a rolling pipeline to track opportunities and help attorneys meet goals.
• Partner with Practice Group Leaders to develop and implement BD plans.
• Lead BD strategy for events, conferences, sponsorships, and related activities.
• Provide strategic messaging and content guidance for pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
• Assist with budgets and evaluate ROI of BD and marketing expenditures.
• Provide BD coaching in group and 1:1 settings.
• Develop target lists and opportunities for new business.
