Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to support Litigation practices (Antitrust, Securities Litigation, White Collar, Government Affairs). You will partner with leadership to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and identify market opportunities.

The role requires a growth mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of professional services marketing experience.
• Experience supporting Antitrust, Securities Litigation, White Collar and/or Government Affairs is valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify relationships and raise awareness of firm capabilities with practice and industry organizations.
• Promote the firm's services while aligning with client objectives.
• Maintain a rolling pipeline and forecast targets for attorneys.
• Collaborate with Practice Group Leaders to implement strategic business development plans.
• Lead business development for events, conferences, sponsorships, and related marketing activities.
